Data Flute started in 1976 by modifying standard rotary tools and hand crafted specialty tooling. In the 1980's and 1990's Dataflute introduced a number of innovative products like their standard helix 4 flute SH series finishing end mill, their HH series 3 flute 60 degree high helix, the SH-RO series rougher, the 3 flute ARO aluminum rougher, and the 2 flute ARF series aluminum tool and 5 flute medium helix MH cutters.
